Returns

You have the right to return any item purchased from BE Company within 30 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  3. Item Condition: Ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  4. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

  5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  6. Inspection and Processing: After we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify their condition. Upon approval, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable if you request a refund before your order is shipped. Here's how it works:

  • Buyer's Remorse: We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. However, returns for products and face masks, as well as size exchanges, are permitted.
